What were problems of AFC Bournemouth against Bretford?

I analyzed this game very carefully and found many challenging points of AFC Bournemouth.

Two tactical problems of AFC Bournemouth

Problem1：Shortage endurance to carry on Iraola’s high intensity football.

In this game, AFC Bournemouth player’s intensity was obviously down after 75min. Especially, Kerkez got a cramp in his leg and Bretford tried to attack his side. 

Finally, Bretford succussed to penetrate his side and got score. Of course, talkig about “coulda, shoulda, woulda” is just a waste of time, but if Iraola decided to take turns him and put into fresh player, they got a different result.

Problem2：Inconsistent game planning

After Bournemouth got first score, their game planning looks so Inconsistent. Yes, Iraola took turns Christie and changed system 4-2-3-1 to 5-4-1.  However, the distance between each 3 lines were so wide and players looks confused when they do pressing and when they stop the bus.

I am absolutely sure that Iraola’s football is so attractive and aggressive.  But to win the game, sometimes they committed to winning as a soldier and commander like Jose Mourinyo. I hope they will win next match against Blues.
